WW2 russian documents. Request for motion picture show - 1943

WW2 period documents. Request for motion picture show + qualification certifcation 1943 - 1945
Set of two old documents, the first one, dated 1943, during WW II time, is the appeal of the workers' committee of the state farm (working committee?)
To the regional hire, a certain village. With a request to open a rental of a certain motion picture addressed to the projectionist R.M. Smelyanskiy.
(Usually in this period used for Propaganda or soldiers motivation mini movies)
And the second, dated 1945, is a Qualification certificate, all the same to Smelyansky R.M., on the assignment of the qualification of the Secondary Projectionist ... (apparently a rank!). Which has been working on the equipment since 1943 (Looks like they allowed the show in 43 🙂)
Issued a certificate by the Rostov Regional Directorate of Cinema in March 1945, the victorious year ...
Два документа.Первый, датирован 1943-м годом, военное время - обращение рабочкома совхоза (рабочего комитета?) в областной прокат, некой станицы. С просьбой открыть прокат некой кинокартины на имя киномеханика Смелянского Р.М.
Второй документ, датирован 1945-м, является уже квалификационным удостоверением, всё тому же Смелянскому Р.М, о присвоении квалификации Киномеханика Второго ... (видимо ранга!). Который работает на аппаратуре с 1943-го года (Видимо разрешили показ в 43-м
) Выдано удостоверение Ростовским областным управлением кинофикации в Марте 1945-го, победоносного года...
