The assumption and technical solution of this board allows smoothing wooden floors that are not perfectly flat, but are wavy and have unevenness resulting from subsidence. Where, in the case of plates and machines without amortization, such as the Trio or the Bona plate, they cannot cope with this problem, falling into very high vibrations in the unevenness. sanding papers that are installed through quarter-inch pads that are made of a material that dissipates heat very quickly and does not cause overheating of the velcro material to maintain a fixed position of the mounted sanding papers. The Shock Absorber plate allows you to quickly remove deep scratches caused by sandpaper use of belt machines and possible transverse frequent waves caused by vibrations of the old substrate of the scraped floor. we recommend using floor finishing papers for varnishing 60, 100 and for additional coloring using stain, we recommend finishing with 120 and 150 paper. is replaced after a period of wear is the spacers between the plates and sandpaper approximately 1 year of operation or 30,000 square feet. our company guarantees one year of technical liability for the shock plate and secures the availability of purchase of Velcro spacers.ย The total diameter of the working surface of the plates is 16 inches and weighing approximately 10 pounds, the clutch fits any type of buffing machine manufactured in the United States.
The shock absorber plate, together with the velcro spacers, is covered by the US patent pending.
