    THE BLUE FLAME Promo Desk Model
    Original circa 1970 promo desk model of THE BLUE FLAME rocket car which set the world land speed record on 23 October 1970. White plastic construction featuring airbrush painted nose tip and stabilizer, decals, clear plastic windshield, black plastic jet engines, and black rubber tires on chrome plated plastic rims. Measures 10 3/8 inches long. Made in Hong Kong with advertisement for GAS Magazine, Houston, Texas on underside. Some wear to painted finish and decals but all decals are still present. Old glue repair to wheel struts on left side and one strut needs to be repaired. Chrome plating on wheels is heavily worn. All wheels turn freely with no damage. Still a nice piece for any collector of promo desk model cars and is in good condition. Any questions please feel free to ask.
