© 1964 MAYSLES FILM, INC. and in the center at the bottom is a NO. 4.
I have illustrated many sharp, clear and super sized photos for you to closely examine this historical photo which measures 7" inches by 5" and is in superb, Near Mint condition these are not a product of the 60s. These are licensed photographs issued most likely in the mid-80s. The reason I know this is they come from the collection of Capitol Records executive David Morrell. Most likely these are correspond with the video release of The Beatles first US visit and not a product of the 1964 film release. See photo.
