  • Condition: Good color and clarity and impression from the mold is nice. Both handles have shallow chip on the outside raised portion. One has a nice bubble, and there is another larger bubble in the vertical paneled ring around the frosted portion. Minor mold roughness inside cable edge. There is damage to the base on large chip and mold imperfection.

    Description

    L.G. Wright Lion and Cable Reproduction Bread Tray 10 ½”. Manufactured in 1968 L.G. Wright, Martinsville, West Virginia. The glass is clear and any colors you see in the photographs are reflections from indoors where I photographed the piece.
    The bread plate has a beautiful, frosted lion in center. Embossed with “Give Us Our Daily Bread in flowing ornate lettering. Good color and clarity and impression from the mold is nice. Both handles have shallow chip on the outside raised portion. One has a nice bubble, and there is another larger bubble in the vertical paneled ring around the frosted portion. Minor mold roughness inside cable edge. There is damage to the base on large chip and mold imperfection.
