Johan 1959 Plymouth Fury Torsion Bar Promo

I have here a torsion bar 1959 Fury promo. It in great shape with the normal warp. It looks as if the chrome was redone. Also their is some very slight yellowing to the right rear of the car.
I'm an avid collector, not just a guy finding one at an estate sale; these are details that I would want to know.
