Gin Infusion Kit (1 liter)

Description

Gin is one of the time-tested spirits known all over the world. It has a powerful aroma of juniper and citrus peel. The multifaceted taste reveals hints of tart coriander and cardamom, bitter orange and lemon. Has a noble coniferous aftertaste.
You will need:

500 ml (1 pt) of 50% (100-proof) alcohol, vodka or Neutral Grain Spirit

500 ml (1 pt) of 40% (80-proof) alcohol, vodka or Neutral Grain Spirit

Preparation:
Put the contents of the kit into a jar and pour 500 ml (1 pt) of 50% (100-proof) alcohol.
Let it infuse for one week. Shake the tincture well once a day.
Add another 500 ml (1 pint) of 40% alcohol (80-proof). Now you need to filter the tincture with gauze. You may want to add 1 teaspoon of sugar to soften the taste. Let the drink rest for 5-7 days.
