    Decree of the Führer and Chancellor of the Reich of 25 February 1939 on the day of commemoration of the fallen of the movement
    1. In future, Heroes' Memorial Day will be March 16, the anniversary of the reintroduction of general conscription, if this day falls on a Sunday, otherwise on the preceding Sunday
    2. Memorial day for the fallen of the movement is november 9
    3. This decree is also valid in austria and in the Sudeten territories
    4. The Minister of the Interior shall issue the legal and administrative regulations required for the implementation of this decree.
