Dog Great Pyrenees Mother & Puppies, Historic 1870s Antique Engraving Print

Rare original antique engraving from an 1870s French illustrated journal.
It depicts the Great Pyrenees dog as it looked almost 150 years ago. It depicts a proud mother and her puppies. In the background on a chain is presumably the father.
The print is very large (folio size), measuring approximately 10.5 x 14.5 inches (26.5 x 36.5 cm). The picture area fills about half of the page and measures about 7 x 6 inches, with a French caption below. The text on the page could easily be trimmed before framing, or hidden under a window mat.
The page is in excellent condition for its age.
There is text/photos on the back of the print.
