Bing & Grondahl B&G Kjobenhavn Boy w/ Pail #2251 Who is Calling Figurine Denmark

Description

Up for your consideration is a Bing & Grondahl (B & G) Copenhagen Porcelain figurine of a boy with a pail under his right arm. The boy is wearing dark blue trousers or overalls, a light blue jacket, a white stocking cap, and white shoes. There is a white ruffled collar around his neck. He is holding a terra cotta pail in his right arm and he is looking up.
The figurine stands about 6 1/8 inches tall, measures 2 5/8 inches across the base, and weighs 9 1/8 ounces.
The bottom of the figurine is marked in green with the three towers above B & G - Kjobenhavn - Made in Denmark - the initials B & G (in blue) - 2251 - Y D.
The figurine is in excellent, like-new condition, with no chips, cracks, or crazing.
