    The Beatles first played a full show with Best on August 17th 1960 at the Indra Club in Hamburg.
    Epstein dismissed Best on Thursday, August 16th, ten weeks and one day after the first recording session.
    Epstein ultimately decided that "if the group was to remain happy, Pete Best must go." Ringo joined on Saturday, August 18th 1962
    Lennon, McCartney and Harrison all later stated that they regretted the manner in which Best was sacked.
    They said they were cowards and they made Brian do it. They said they should have handled it better.
