1) A Buyer must NOT Pay First then ask for/expect combined shipping.
NONE OF MY LISTING REQUIRE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT.
NOTE: eBay will group a buyers purchases into one invoice IF THE BUYER DOES NOT PAY IMMEDIATELY. (eBay makes it easy for a seller to recognize multiple purchases by the same buyer).
I view Combined Shipping as an OPPORTUNITY to provide a BUYER DISCOUNT.
I view issuing shipping refunds on combined shipping as a labor expense.
Limitations: I will only ship similar items together. Example; Toys with toys, auto parts with auto parts, books with books. This is to avoid unnecessary damage.
