Up for sale is a possibly repainted (or maybe not) 1940's Dodge National Products Inc Slush Metal Dealer Promo Car!    If it is repainted, it was done right, nice sheen.  You are buying it this way and it is advertised this way.  It is the smaller earlier type, measuring approximately 6 1/2" in length.
I charge sales tax for Michigan buyers or for deliveries to Michigan addresses and local pickups, unless a reseller's tax number is presented.
